I’m a proud graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts. I’ve gained valuable experience working at Travinia Italian Kitchen & Wine Bar in Lexington and the Capital City Club in downtown Columbia, SC. These opportunities taught me the importance of food preparation, salad artistry, and what it truly means to be a professional in the kitchen.

My specialties include Soul Food, Italian dishes, and Seafood. My motto is "Soul Food With A Twist!" — because I love putting a creative spin on traditional flavors. Through S. Soul Cuisine LLC, I'm currently working toward launching my own food truck in the near future.
